Our Church School

Enjoy      Believe     Achieve

At Winmarleigh Church of England School we work very closely with St Luke's Church Winmarleigh.

We have a distinctive identity and ethos, popular with parents, carers and families where we believe the development of social, spiritual growth mind-set and emotional intelligence permeates throughout our happy school.

As a school in the parish of St Luke’s, Winmarleigh, children visit the church during the year for special events such as harvest, Easter and Christmas and to learn about the church as part of the RE curriculum. The vicar Rev. Gary Lewis visits school weekly to lead out worship.

"Winmarleigh School is immersed in Christian values,

this can be seen through the school and reflected in relationships between us all

in school and the church community." Rev. Gary Lewis

"The work of the school is underpinned by explicit Christian values." SIAMS April 2014
